I waited for an hour to meet the receptionist. Nobody was there on time. They took extra tax. com amount was not accurate. I paid more than expected. Very disappointed with the initial experience. I didn't like anything in that place. First impression matters, and mine was very bad.

I didn't want to leave and would absolutely stay here again. I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was deluxe, with exceptionally nice location near railway as well as shops. Comforts of deluxe king room in good condition were fabulous.

This place is conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Saraswathy Temple, and the units have a nice atmosphere with friendly staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location in the city center was wonderful, just a 10-minute walk from the Thirunakkara Mahadeva Temple.

Convenient location near city park, railway station, and bus stand. 👍 No issues during my day visit, everything was good.
